What this is: a working demo of the Program Designer, an intake that assembles a tailored program in real time. Click through it like a prospect (add a team, answer the prompts, watch the live signal on the right, then reach the strategy brief).

What we need from you: does the recommendation feel tailored enough, or too prescriptive for a first touch? Flag anything that reads wrong for our program. Open decisions live in the Notion spec.

Styling is placeholder-on-brand (final polish is Nic's in Framer). The final step is now live: submitting creates a real HubSpot contact and emails a real PDF — don't submit test data lightly.
